Making it to an office once a week is not an option for some people. I believe this should not be a barrier to those wanting to participate in therapy. Therefore I offer online therapy through a HIPPA compliant platform. This means we will conduct a 50 minute therapy session over the internet using your phone or computer from anywhere in the state of Washington or Florida. (Please be mindful of where you are during our sessions, give yourself a secluded space where you can speak freely and have confidentiality. Please do not drive while having virtual sessions).

I currently conduct online therapy to anyone physically in the state of Washington or Florida.
