Immigration Evaluation
At Conquering Today Therapy, I am proud to expand my services to include immigration evaluation, mental health assessments, for individuals and families navigating the U.S. immigration system. These assessments can play a critical role in legal proceedings, providing essential documentation to support cases such as:
Extreme hardship waivers
VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) petitions
U-Visas and T-Visas
Asylum applications
As a licensed therapist and trauma specialist, I bring a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to every assessment. I understand the profound emotional impact of immigration challenges, and I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where you can share your story. My background in trauma therapy helps me sensitively and accurately assess the emotional and psychological effects of trauma, abuse, persecution, and hardship, ensuring your experiences are thoroughly and thoughtfully documented.
I have also completed specialized training in immigration evaluations, allowing me to navigate the unique requirements of these reports and collaborate effectively with your attorney or legal representative.
Fees:
Standard assessment: $1,200 (completed within 4-6 weeks)
Expedited assessment: $1,700 (completed within 1-2 weeks)
(Low Bono options may be available)
Each assessment fee includes a comprehensive clinical interview, mental health evaluation, a detailed written report, and up to one hour of consultation with your attorney as needed. Additional services beyond what is included—such as extended attorney consultations, court appearances, or supplemental reports—may incur additional fees.
The interviews can be conducted in person or online. If you or a loved one needs a mental health assessment to support an immigration case, please contact me to schedule a consultation or learn more.
